Hello, my friend!  Thanks for joining me again.  Today we are celebrating Ms L. L reached out to me to create a unique one-of-a-kind anniversary gift for her husband.  Boudoir albums are THE PERFECT anniversary gift especially the 1st wedding anniversary.  For all of you who don’t know, the 1st anniversary is the “paper” anniversary.  Nice how that works out!

While I was laying out her outfits and choosing the order we would photograph, she was getting her glam on with Danni, my hair and make-up artist. During her shoot, we laughed and bonded and created some magic.  Her images turned out amazing! You have to scroll down to check them out and see what she thought about the whole process.

What was your biggest concern prior to booking your Boudoir Session? How do you feel now?

I was worried about how I would look in the final images and didn’t feel like I could pull off poses or facial expressions that would look sexy. I was also worried about not relaxing and enjoying the shoot. Boy was I wrong to worry! I felt so comfortable even before my make-up and hair were finished. When I saw the final look before starting the shot, I was instantly confident. Cassy made me feel so comfortable and was so encouraging. I went from timid to confident and giddy. I truly had an amazing time.

What did doing this shoot do for your self confidence, self worth, and self image? Tell me your story.

Initially, the shoot was intended as an anniversary gift. As I prepared for the shoot and went through with it, I realized it was about me just as much as him. I felt beautiful, confident, sexy. These are not how I would normally describe myself. Self-love is hard. Looking at the images, I was amazed at every inch of my body. Thank you for allowing me to see myself the way my husband sees me. 

Do you feel your images and the services you received were worth the money you paid? How so?

Absolutely! I admit I had some sticker shock before the shoot, but after the shoot, I knew I was going to want more images than initially planned. Worth every penny!
