O-M-G guys- I finally got to do it: A SNOW BOUDOIR SHOOT!  When I met with A for her consultation, we talked about doing some outdoor shots in the winter.  She was committed and I was excited.  We communicated a lot leading up to her shoot.  Communication is key and I tell every client, no question is a stupid question.  If you have nerves, reach out because I’m here to help.  I only take 60 sessions a year for this purpose.  I want every client to have the very best experience and that requires a little more of my time.  

Back to A: We were having a pretty mild winter leading up to her shoot and then BAM-  a gorgeous snowfall landed the day before her shoot.  We did studio shots and ended with some epic snow images.  You have got to see them and also see what she thought about it.  Do you think I knocked it out of the park?

What was your biggest concern prior to booking your Boudoir Session? How do you feel now?

I was so worried that I would not look good and had so many self esteem fears leading up to the shoot. I emailed Cassy so many times when I was melting down over outfits not working out, the weather, and really anything about the day! She was so patient and got me through it all and made me feel incredible!

Why did you do your boudoir shoot?

For me to feel good in my own skin again and an awesome gift for my husband to boot! I still haven’t given it to him…waiting for a good random day to surprise him out of the blue!

What, specifically, did you enjoy most about your portrait session and why?

Connecting with Cassy and feeling at ease the whole time. She had me giggling one minute and then directing me into a pose that made me feel so vixen-sexy-“oo-lala” the next. It was a great day!!

What did doing this shoot do for your self confidence, self worth, and self image? Tell me your story.

I have been a roller coaster weight journey for some time and needed a little push to make me feel “good” again. The pictures are MORE than just snapshots – they are art and caught me in a light that I know my husband sees me in every day. Cassy made me see ME for the first time in a very long time.

Do you feel your images and the services you received were worth the money you paid? How so?

Absolutely. Well worth every SINGLE penny! The set up, the editing, the time during the shoot – it is SO something everyone should do!
