This should be a summons for every woman’s bucket list.

o-M-g- Get it? M? Oh well Ms M would have laughed because we seriously did nothing but laugh during her session. I could not love her more- spunky, fun loving, and totally embraces who she is. These types of sessions are my favorite because it wasn’t about anything other than showcasing M in all her glory and beauty. She pushed my creative juices and I LOVED the end results. Can everyone bring cigars and whiskey to their session?

Tell us your story, a little bit about you and why you decided to do a boudoir session?

I have been fighting to find myself after spending most of my life allowing myself to get lost. I’ve become my own best friend and hero and I’ve fallen in love with me! This was a gift I gave myself. I’m not in any relationship. I’m a 48 year old divorcee. I’ve spent the past several years working on myself and I finally arrived at a place where I enjoy who I am and I wanted to celebrate me!

What, specifically, did you enjoy most about your portrait session and why?

I enjoyed the opportunity and freedom to creatively express myself with abandon. I’ve always wanted to do something like this and my excuses not to, came and went. I finally got out of my own way and on impulse, decided to seize the day. I did not imagine the experience to be so liberating! This should be a summons for every woman’s bucket list.

What did doing this shoot do for your self confidence, self worth, and self image? Tell me your story.

I remember after the very first picture was taken, Cassy showed me the way she captured me and allowed me to see myself through her camera. That immediate gratification, along with her enthusiasm, inspired my inner sensuality to come out more and more after every shot she took.

Was your experience what you were expecting? If not, how was it different?

As a mature woman, I recognize that this opportunity is typically taken by younger women, perhaps with intent to use as a gift for someone special. I hesitated for a moment when considering this, then decided that I am that special someone that deserves this gift. I did this for me.
